So I just gotta say that blogging is kinda wierd to do. I love reading blogs. Really love reading about what other people think and have to say, but blogging myself about my stuff seems a little self-indulgent. like a diary that everyone else can read. i'm sure some other people feel that way. i guess it's a feeling that'll go away after I've done it a few times.
anyway, i took a day off - already (I can see how running your own business can be hard since you can always put things off) - to deal with Georgia State. Urrrg. Good and bad news came out of dealing with GSU today. the good is that i WILL get to go to school this year, the bad is that I don't start this summer like i'd planned. AND i have to reapply. sheesh. all because i need to be a postbac, not an undergraduate. which was the advice of one of the many, many people I've talked to over the past four months. i never know who to listen to - you talk to so many people, and get different advice and stories every time. If you pick the wrong advice, then you end up wasting time and money.
that's enough ranting. i'm headed to a lovely dinner out for my bday - 29 as of yesterday - and then to meet with with friends for drinks. yum.
